CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guarantee: Booking requires a valid credit card. No advance charge will be made (except for non-refundable prepaid rates).

• Payment: The balance will be settled directly at Villa Anconetta upon check-in/check-out.

• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or No-Show, the property reserves the right to charge the first night or [50/100]% of the total amount to the card provided.
