The facility collects and processes the following categories of data:

• Identification Data: Name, surname, place and date of birth, identity document details (mandatory for communication to Public Safety authorities).

• Contact Details: Residential address, email, telephone number.

• Payment Data: Credit card data managed via PCI-DSS security protocols for booking guarantees or final balances.

• Browsing Data: IP address, system logs, browsing preference data collected through the website.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:

• Contractual Purposes (Legal Basis: Performance of a contract): Managing quotes, bookings (via the Octorate system), and the provision of hospitality services.

• Legal Obligations (Legal Basis: Compliance with law): Fulfillment of obligations under the TULPS (daily communication of guests to the State Police "Alloggiati Web" portal) and tax/accounting obligations.

• Security and Defense (Legal Basis: Legitimate interest): Protection of corporate assets and defense of the Controller's rights in court.

4. PROCESSING METHODS AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Processing is carried out using computer and paper tools, ensuring maximum confidentiality. Specifically:

• Octorate Integration: The booking engine is provided by Octorate srl. User data is transmitted to this platform to enable availability checks and the finalization of service purchases.

• Wix Platform: The site is developed on Wix Studio. Wix guarantees data processing in compliance with GDPR, including any extra-EU transfers to countries with adequacy decisions.

 

 

5. RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary:

• Booking and tax data: 10 years (legal obligation).

• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn (maximum 24 months).

• Data communicated to the Questura: according to the timelines provided by current Public Safety regulations.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
